General Information

WARRANTY
Trees of Corrales, Ltd. warrants, to the extent of the purchase price only, that nursery stock is true to name and will be in a healthy, viable condition when shipped; because of elements over which we have no control, no warranty as to the productivity or livability of our product can be given. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

CLAIMS
Claims for damage, error, or unsatisfactory quality must be made in writing within 5 days from receipt of shipment.

STANDARDS
All stock meets or exceeds ANLA grading standards. Trees are machine balled and burlapped in wire baskets with rot resistant burlap.

ORDERS
All orders are taken subject to growing conditions and will be void if stock is unavailable due to natural or man made disaster or any other cause beyond our control. Material not delivered or picked up within a reasonable time frame of estimated ship date will go back into open inventory

SHIPPING
Stock shipped on commercial or private trucks will be at the buyer's expense and risk. Damaged stock should be reported to the trucking company at once. Unless previous arrangements are made, all freight will be paid by the customer at time of delivery.

PRICES
Prices are F.O.B. Corrales, New Mexico and/or Ft. Sumner, New Mexico. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact the office or a sales representative for current prices. Unit prices on containerized plants are based on total quantities of one, five, ten, fifteen and twenty five gallon plant material per individual order.

TERMS
Cash or C.O.D. until credit and a relationship are established. No credit will be extended until a confidential credit application is filled out and signed by the customer. Payment terms are net 30 days. A service charge of 1 1/2% per month or 18% per annum will be charged on all overdue accounts. We do accept credit cards.

CONTAINER PRICING
Unit prices on containerized plants are based on total quantities of one, five, ten, fifteen and twenty five gallon containers purchased per individual order. Contact the office to determine your price level.

MINIMUMS
Minimum quantities of 10 #1 containers per variety and 5 #5 containers per variety. No other minimums apply. Freight is the ultimate factor in determining minimum quantities.

TRUNK PROTECTION
On many of our trees we apply a light coat of latex paint and linseed oil to the southwest side of the trunk. This prevents sunscald injury, resulting in more uniform growth and improved plant health. Trunk protection also eliminates or decreases secondary disease and insect problems caused by dead or weakened tissue.

CUSTOMER TAGGING
There is a 15% charge to tag plant material in the field or container yard. Only customers of Trees of Corrales are allowed to tag.

* Field direct prices apply only during harvest season (November 15th thru March 31 st).

* This rebate is earned when invoice is paid in full within established terms. A rebate check in the amount of the earned percentage will be issued by Trees of Corrales immediately upon receiving payment.

* We ask that you order a minimum of five trees per variety and a minimum of fifty trees total per order. The discount schedule above applies only to orders delivered direct from the field between the dates specified.

* B&B trees are available in smaller quantities year round from our sales yard or from the field. Please call for pricing details on smaller quantities.
